Vincent Schiavelli is an American Actor who portrayed Zatara in Batman: The Animated Series. He is one of five actors who have appeared in both Batman: The Animated Series and one of the live-action Batman films. In Schiavelli's case he played The Organ Grinder (The Penguin's 2IC) in 1992's Batman Returns.
