Scrap was the pet vulture of The Penguin, who was used in both theft and assault of his enemies. After the defeat of the Penguin at the hands of Batman, aided by Sherman Grant, Roberta, Nick and Frank, Scrap was donated to the Gotham Zoo.[1]
