Thomas Charles "Tom" Ruegger is an American animator, writer, storyboard artist, producer, and director. He was one of the executive producers of Batman: The Animated Series. He also worked on series as Tiny Toon Adventures, Animaniacs and Freakazoid!, shows that Paul Dini and Bruce Timm also worked on.
