Gotham Headquarters.
Tarnower Financial is a respected finance company whose headquarters is located in Gotham City. It's main building was broken into by Clayface who attempted to rob the safe in the C.E.O.'s office in an attempt to gather money to fund his lover Stella Bates' machine to turn him human again.
A security guard catches him and triggers a silent alarm. Batman arrives on the scene and prevents Clayface from carrying out the burglary.[1]
