The GCPD Doctor was the resident medic of the Gotham City Police Department.

He is in charge of the medical investigations on the force and has worked along with Commissioner Gordon and Batman on certain occasions. His medical knowledge wasn't enough to unravel the mystery behind the poisoning of many wealthy Gothamities. Batman deduced that it must all be Poison Ivy's work.
