Cybertron Industries was a company run by Karl Rossum.
History[]
Rossum's dream of making a "perfect" world populated by androids instead of humans and with his vast knowledge of robotics and engineering, he created Cybertron. Rossum designed and built H.A.R.D.A.C., a prototype artificial intelligence capable of producing androids that could impersonate living people.
HARDAC's activities went out of control and after the machine attempted to eliminate people, replacing them with androids duplicates, Cybertron's reputation was completely damaged. Rossum decided to dissolve the company and retired to a farm outside Gotham.
